MCCG 08 July and Storage Orders Survey

The next Market Coupling Consultative Group (MCCG) webinar will be held on 08 July 2026, 09:00 to 12:30 (CEST). This webinar is to facilitate exchange of information among European NEMOs, TSOs and market participants on SDAC and SIDC topics.

The meeting presentation will be made available shortly before the meeting in the corresponding MCCG section on both websites. Additionally, a recording of the session will be accessible after the webinar.

We also remind our market participants of the current Storage Order Public Consultation. NEMOs and TSOs participating in the Research & Development (R&D) stream for the Euphemia algorithm, used for the day-ahead market, have been working on designing a new type of order that would support bidding for systems that can buy and sell energy during the same day – so-called storage orders. They now request inputs from market participants on several design aspects of this concept. The details of the concept, along with the associated public consultation, are available online on the [NEMO Committee] and [ENTSO-E] websites. Market Parties are invited to provide inputs by 30 June via the following link. A recent webinar on the topic is due to be available shortly on above websites.
