Dear Member,
Please be informed that our M7 provider DBAG has completed the temporary switch of all system instances from the Equinix Data Center (IXE1, “https://prod1”) to the NTT Data Center. We are now back to the standard configuration, and Equinix is fully available again.
API users may now reconnect to the M7 system via the Equinix Data Center (https://prod1”). Leased Lines to Equinix (including co-location services) are fully operational again.
No explicit action is required for users connecting via the ComTrader.
Please inform your colleagues about this, and contact us on our phone lines, option 2 for any questions you may have.

Please be informed that our M7 Provider DBAG have temporarily switch all system instances from the Equinix Data Center (IXE1, “https://prod1”) to the NTT Data Center from 26/11/2025 at 13:00 GMT, to 01/12/2025 at a timing that will be confirmed to you in a separate operational message.
This measure prepares the upcoming DBAG Group Disaster Recovery (DR) test of the weekend 29-30 November, and is meant to reduce disruptions for API applications connected via the Internet.
To minimize the possible disconnections, we therefore invite members using API applications to ensure they are connected to the M7 system via the NTT Data Center (on URL "https://prod2") before the beginning of the data center switch on 26th. As soon as the Data Center switch takes place, open connections via the Equinix Data Center will be terminated.
No explicit action is required for users connecting via the ComTrader.
