Dear Market Participant, 

Please be informed that as of operational date 29th November 2022 (for trading date 30th November 2022), there will be a procedural update impacting the Market Gate Closure time (GCT) for the SDAC Auction.

In the event that any operational NEMO experiences technical issues in their local trading system that prevents that NEMO from closing the orderbooks at the normal market GCT (11:00 GMT/ 12:00 CET), the market GCT will be postponed to 11:20 GMT (12:20 CET) - even for those NEMOs who have not experienced a technical issue with their trading system.

All SDAC NEMOs (SEMOpx included) will send a market message to the market participants indicating the new GCT and the NEMO having the technical issue. This information will be provided with a new message "ExC_08: Postponement of Orderbook GCT". This procedural update has now been reflected in the SEMOpx Auction Timings and Market Messages document.

All NEMOs have the right, but not the obligation to postpone the GCT of their order books or to reopen their orderbook (if they were already closed) to the new postponed GCT.
