Dear Member,

With regards to the upcoming M7 maintenance window on the 9th November please be aware the old URLs will be deactivated as of this maintenance:

• For API users it is imperative to update to the new URLs
• For ComTrader users, no action is necessary
• For Report Users it is imperative to update to the new URLs

Dear Member, 

Please be informed that the M7 trading system will be under maintenance on Tuesday 09th November 2021 from approx. 18:45 to 22:00 GMT (19:45 to 23:00 CET).

This maintenance is related to:

• Monthly Maintenance
• Activation of Password policy
• Change of Production M7 URLs
• Decommissioning of M7 6.10 (mandatory use of M7 6.11)

Please be advised that new M7 URLs will affect all API users as well as reporting users. 

Please refer to the M7 URL document for the updated URLs.

We kindly ask you to log out from ComTrader or your API before the maintenance begins and to restart ComTrader or your API once it is finished. 

We also would like to remind you to use the latest version of ComTrader available here: https://portal.m7.energy/semo/
