M7 maintenance window

M7 6.9 Go-live on the 15/07/2020

On 15th July 2020, there will be a M7 maintenance window due to the planned M7 6.9 Go-Live.  

The corresponding M7 unavailability is as follows:  

Outage Timing:

15th July 2020 // approx. 18:40 BST - 22:15 BST (19:40 CEST -  23:15 CEST)

Outage Purpose:

New M7 6.9 release
New mandatory ComTrader version 6.9.57 (download link will be provided once available)
M7 API: Introduction of new SIDC/XBID remote orders UNKNOWN state

Restart of Trading:

Approx. 22:15 BST (23:15 CEST) 

We kindly ask you to log out from the old ComTrader version before the maintenance starts, and reconnect to the new ComTrader version once it is finished.
