Dear Market Member

It has been noted that the ETS client provided on 21/3 may not be compatible with some local system set-up’s, therefore, an additional ETS .exe client has been made available. If you are required to use the .exe version, as opposed to .msi, please urgently check the compatibility with your local system and advise if any further issues are being encountered?

Dear Market Member, 

SEMOpx would like to advise of a change to the ETS client from the original communication issued on 6th March 2023. Can all members please utilise the ETS Client that is contained and updated within this message, disregarding the client that was provided with the original communication. 

Please note, this Release is mandatory, if you are trying to connect using 3.6.5 or 3.6.5.1 after the Go live of 3.6.8, this will not work.

Dear Market Member,

SEMOpx would like to advise the latest version of ETS 3.6.8 will go live on Wednesday, 29th March 2023 (first trading day).  The new ETS 3.6.8 client will be released into the Production environment following the maintenance window on Tuesday, 28th March 2023 as of 18:40 GMT until 22:00 GMT.

The new ETS client will be available via the Simulation 2 environment as of Monday, 6th March (first trading date) and the Simulation 1 environment as of Thursday, 30th of March.

The new client will be released into the Production environment during the maintenance on 28 March 2023 (first trading date 29 March 2023).

 

Important information - Action Required

  • New ETS version 3.6.8 go-live on 29 March 2023, first Trading Date.
  • ETS maintenance planned on 28 March 2023 as of 18:40 GMT until 22:00 GMT.
  • New ETS client certificate: GlobalSign - Trusted Public Certificate.
  • No impact on API
  • For members using the Fixed version, the new version ETS 3.6.8 must be installed.

For members using the Upgradable version, the new client will upgrade automatically to the latest ETS 3.6.8 version.  For members using the Fixed version, the new version ETS 3.6.8 must be downloaded and installed. We would strongly encourage all members to take advantage of the test environment prior to go live.
