Dear Member,

Please be informed that your current password shall expire today (7th  February, 2022) by 23:59 CET (22:59 GMT) if it has not been changed after 9th  November, 2021 when the password expiry policy came into effect. 

This change is applicable for all types of users (Trader/ Back Office / Report / API / API Team User) in production only (not in simulation environments).


Find below the requirement for the password:

 

Passwords shall be at least 8 characters long and shall fulfill at least 3 of the 4 requirements:

 

1. at least one upper case letter

2. at least one lower case letter

3. at least one number

4. at least one special character - valid special characters are: ,.?/">!@#$%^&*_-+=`(){}:;"'<>,.?/

 

Please be informed that you can change your password by following the steps mentioned below.

 

Please note that ComTrader can be used to change your API users passwords as well. Link from where you can download ComTrader: https://portal.m7.energy/semo/

 

1. After logging in, use "change password" link(Profile-> Change password)

2. If you cannot login, please use "Forgotten Password" link to reset the password. The reset link will be sent to e-mail address registered to the user login.

Dear Members, 

SEMOpx would like to take this opportunity to remind all members about some important changes as a result of the M7 Password Expiration Policy that was implemented as part of M7 Version 6.11 on the 9th November, 2021.

With the activation of the new M7 password expiration, each user password must be changed every 90 days, no matter if the user has been active or not during this period. The initial 90 days period started as of 9th November, 2021 and will restart at each user password change. This change is applicable for all types of users (Trader / Back Office / Report / API / API Team User) in production only (not in simulation environments).

This is a gentle reminder to members to change their password by the 8th February, 2022. There are 3 ways to reset the M7 password:

  1. Via the forgotten-password/reset-password functionality in ComTrader 
  2. By contacting Market Operations
  3. By using the link in the reminder e-mail which will be sent to members prior to expiration.
