Dear Member,

As discussed in the recent Scalable Complex Order (SCO) Project Kick-Off Meeting, SEMOpx are setting up monthly stakeholder meetings to allow open communication on the project.

The first of these regular meetings is planned for members via MS Teams on Friday 13th August from 10:00 to 12:00.

The proposed agenda is:

Project Management (20 min)

-        Project Plan Review

-        Project Initiation Document (PID)

-        Schedule of Future Monthly meetings

Conversion 1 Analysis (1hr 40min)

-        Overview of Conversion 1 Results and Insights

-        Review of Queries Raised from Conversion 1 & Answers

-        Sharing of Insights

-        Identification of Conversion 2 Inputs
